We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, away from the tourist area but still within a short walking distance to all the must-see attractions. We loved being close to the river and being able to easily explore even the furthest tourist spots. The service provided, including grocery shopping and laundry, was top-notch. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel to families.

The location of this hotel was ideal - close to the river and within easy walking distance to all the must-see attractions, even the furthest ones. It was nice to be away from the crowded center, yet still conveniently located. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful building and gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The location of the hotel was perfect, not too far from major landmarks, and the peaceful and serene garden was a lovely place to relax. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing assistance whenever something was missing from the room. The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch.
The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was quite bothersome, especially when I had noisy neighbors. the breakfast experience was disappointing.

I had a great stay at the beautiful Palazzo San Niccolo Aparthotel. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to the city center. The apartment itself had a unique style and setting, making it a pleasant and homely place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us with a bottle of wine and bubbles for my partner's birthday. The apartment had all the basic amenities we needed, and the two high-spec televisions with access to Netflix and Prime were a bonus. The small kitchen hidden in a cupboard was also convenient for a quick meal. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous getaway.

Convenient location, great variety of restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable rooms with a balcony and shared garden. Complimentary coffee available in the meeting room. Helpful staff despite language barriers. Enjoyable stay overall.
